Dr. Baio has been on the faculty (for 17 Years) of the Institute of Ministry in Bradenton, Florida
and is one of the most popular teachers .
Frank is also an international evangelist, conducting services in the U.S.A. and overseas. Many have been mentored by this man of God and are actively ministering around the world.
Frank is President of Ministerial Affairs for Linkforce-M International, an International Ministry, reaching out to third world countries.
